HR Assistant -Events

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, organizing and implementing company events, feedback sessions and team building
  • Handles and facilitate company events such as sports tournament, outreach (CSR) program, Christmas Party, Annual Dinner, monthly activities or celebration (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day etc.) and others
  • Responsible in the preparation of certificates and release of cash incentives for Service Awardees
  • Propose ideas to improve the event planning, implementation process, and execution
  • Provide management with appropriate reports to monitor HR-related concerns
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management
    Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course
  • With at least 3 years experience in the related field.
  • Proactive with a positive work attitude & values, able to adapt to organizational changes and has a strong desire to excel in his/her field.
  • Able to deliver satisfactory results in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be keen to details with a strong sense of urgency
  • Has the ability to do multi-tasking
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and can relate with different nationalities
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent in both oral & written English communication
  • Able to work under pressure and beyond normal office hours
  • Flexible, can work during weekends and holidays if needed
  • Must be willing to work in Makati
  • HONEST, HARDWORKING, CONFIDENT and POSSESSES GOOD WORKING ATTITUDE
