Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to product usage, user behavior, and market dynamics.
Collaborate with product managers to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for products success and track progress against goals.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancements.
Work closely with the product team to define and prioritize product requirements based on user insights, market analysis, and business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and data analysis.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and support data to identify areas for product improvement and enhance user experience.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in course.
With 1-2 year(s) work experience with product management methodologies and frameworks is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office formula such as Excel, Words, etc.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
Average knowledge with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities and projects.
Excellent in both oral & written English communication.
Able to work under pressure and beyond normal office hours.
Flexible, can work during weekends and holidays if needed.
Must be willing to work in Makati.
